First of all, we would like to thank you for joining our WOS+ Agency Loyalty Program. With this program, you can communicate with us quickly, earn points, and use the points you accumulate to purchase services.
Important Notes:
If you are not an employee or member of a travel agency, your system registration will not be valid. Please ensure that all information entered during registration is completely accurate. Your email address will be your account username. You must register using your work email address, and your work phone number and mobile phone number must be complete and correct. Do not register with a personal email address. This program is designed for travel agency employees, and your information will be verified by the system.
WOS+ Loyalty Program – Registration Terms
Please fill out the registration form accurately and completely, and attach all required documents.
Required documents: Travel agency license and company tax number.
Your membership will be accepted after review by us based on the information you provide.
If your registration information is accurate and complete, you will receive a confirmation email with a temporary password to activate your WOS+ account. You can then create your own password through the system.
You can start earning points by registering your sales in the system!
How to Earn Loyalty Points (18.04.2025 – 31.10.2025)
Sales made prior to registering in the system will not be accepted. The sales dates of the reservations you enter must be after your membership registration date.
Reservations must have accommodation dates between 18.04.2025 and 31.10.2025.
To earn points, reservations must be a minimum of 5 nights. Reservations of less than 5 nights will not receive reward points.
Reservations must be entered into the system within 14 days from the voucher creation (sale) date. Reservations entered after 15 days will not receive reward points.
Loyalty points will be credited to your account within 7 days after the guest’s check-out date. You can check your approved reservations and points through the system.
In case of duplicate reservations, only one reservation will be considered valid.
If any changes are made to a reservation entered in the system, the final status of the reservation will be valid. In such cases, the old reservation information must be canceled in the system and the new voucher number entered.
Loyalty points can only be used after hotel approval.
Earned loyalty points are valid only for the specified dates.
Using Loyalty Points
Earned loyalty points can be used for room reservations and/or additional services in the system for stays between 01.10.2025 and 31.10.2026.
Points used for accommodation are subject to hotel availability.
Earned loyalty points cannot be transferred to another user.
Please notify us via email of any workplace changes. Your previous points will be transferred to your new work email address. You must notify us of any job change within 30 days via email; otherwise, your account will be suspended, and points will be frozen.
WOS+ System FAQ
Q: Which reservations are eligible for the WOS+ program?
A: Reservations must be entered into the system within 14 days of the reservation date. Sales are only calculated from the date the reservation is registered in the system.
Q: How do I enter a reservation into the WOS+ system?
A: Click on the "Reservations" tab. Here, you can select "Reservation List" to check previously entered reservations or select "Add New Reservation" to add a new one. When filling out the "New Reservation" form, please ensure all fields are completed and attach the voucher, as approval depends on this information.
Q: Under what conditions are reservations approved?
A: Reservations will be verified for accuracy once they are received from the operator. Loyalty points will be credited to your account 7 days after guest check-out.
Q: How are Loyalty Points calculated?
A: Points are based on each reservation entered into the system, considering room type, number of guests, season of sale, and number of nights stayed. Selling higher-category rooms and longer stays will increase your points.
Q: How can I use my Loyalty Points?
A: The "Book a Room" tab allows you to make room reservations to earn rewards for stays between 18.04.2025 and 31.10.2025. Loyalty points are only confirmed upon request and are subject to hotel availability. Earned rewards cannot be transferred to another WOS+ user.
Q: Validity of the WOS+ Bonus Program
A: Bonuses earned for stays between 18.04.2025 and 31.10.2025 are valid for stays between 01.10.2025 and 31.10.2026.
Q: How can I earn more Loyalty Points?
A: You can increase your loyalty points through your ongoing sales.
